Story
Northeastern Colorado Manufacturing (NECOM) was formed in 2017 as a result of Governor Hickenlooper’s state Economic Development plan called the Colorado Blueprint. The Blueprint identified 11 key sectors of the economy in Colorado by region. Northeastern Colorado’s main sector was identified as Advanced Manufacturing. Regions within the state were encouraged to form sector partnerships to provide more localized grass roots support to augment state efforts in manufacturing.
Unify manufacturers in Northeast Colorado and partnering with public agencies, enabling us to educate the public more effectively on manufacturing and develop economic growth and wealth of all manufacturing companies and their employees.
