Goal #01 Business to Business Connections
NECOM members and manufacturing companies or individuals enlist, partner and promote one another to keep the area business economy healthy and stable.Strong businesses provide strong communities that enable families to enjoy quality of life while building careers in manufacturing.
Goal #02 Talent Development
​Work to introduce young people to manufacturing and promote careers that enable the economy of rural Colorado to grow and retain the talent in the area. ​Members are active in school career fairs, education presentations and hosting internships and apprenticeships in their companies or organizations.
